Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 bag/packet of 90 second rice (serves 2)
1 cup frozen veg e.g. peas, corn and carrots
4x eggs

Add your flavourings to taste, e.g.
1 tablespoon of each sweet chilli sauce, crushed garlic and soy sauce.


  1. Heat pan to medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, on one side of the pan break in the eggs, and gently swirl or scramble.

  2. On the other side of the pan, add the rice, frozen veg and sir through with added flavourings of your choice.

  3. Keep stirring and cook everything through, then serve.
